These terms govern the services provided by LeviO Software Studio ("LeviO", "we", "us") to clients ("you"). By engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Scope & quotes

Each project is defined by a written quote outlining deliverables, timeline, and price. Work outside that scope may require a revised quote.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, Stripe, and Wise. Quotes are itemised with no hidden fees.

Timelines & revisions

Delivery estimates are provided in your quote. Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions may be quoted separately.

Ownership

On full payment, all source code and intellectual property for your project are transferred to you. There is no lock-in and no ongoing licensing fee.

Support

Post-launch support is provided as specified in your plan. Ongoing maintenance and new features are available via retainer.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
